The Role: We are a fast-growing team building sovereign quantum hardware. We need a hands-on Operations Coordinator to act as the "operational glue" between our engineering lab and external partners—handling logistics, project tracking, and stakeholder communication so our technical team can focus on innovation. What You’ll Actually Do: Project Flow: Track technical milestones from lab to pilot. Maintain the internal dashboard so the team knows what's on track. Stakeholder Liaison: Be the primary point of contact for external partners (industry, government). Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and project reporting. Documentation: Turn technical data into clean, executive-ready status updates and pitch materials. Scale Operations: Help build systems to keep the team organized (procurement, logistics, documentation). Who You Are: Background: A physicist or Engineering experience is a bonus. Experience: 1–4 years in operations, project coordination, or a research support role. Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-growing environment where priorities shift quickly. Proactive and don't need a roadmap to solve problems. Organized: You track deadlines, document versions, and action items without being reminded.
